Do you want to learn more about your child's development?
At the University of Oregon's Early Intervention Program we are studying the development of infants and young children between the ages of 3 months and 5 years. Young children, ages birth to 5 years, are growing and changing at a dynamic rate. Sometimes parents of young children are concerned that their child may not be developing the skills he or she should be. How can Ages & Stages Help? By completing the questionnaires, parents can check their child's progress and learn more about what to expect their child to be able to do at each stage of development. Early diagnosis and treatment of developmental delays can help give a child the best opportunity to reach his/her full potential. How does it work? Simply complete the brief consent and family information sections then fill out the age appropriate questionnaire for your child. After completing the questionnaire you can choose to receive your child's score results by email. Fun play activities for you and your child are available for download or you can receive hard copies by mail.
